Software
I use the Microsoft Windows operating system (and keep it up to date), and all the major word processing applications, CAT tools, DTP applications, and tag editors.
My system is protected by a firewall and antivirus software, and all data are backed up on a regular basis for your security, and my peace of mind.
Delivery
Original documents should be sent by email or mail along with an indication of the deadline and the preferred format.
Once I have received the document, I will contact you with an estimated delivery time and cost.
If this is agreeable to you, I will proceed, and forward you the translation on or before the due date. An invoice for services rendered will be enclosed.
Short documents (under 10 pages) can generally be delivered within two business days. Longer or complex documents require more time.
Non-disclosure
I do not share information regarding work in progress with any third party, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as a matter of professional discretion.
If you require a formal non-disclosure agreement, I will sign yours.

Translation rates depend on the complexity of the text, the delivery deadline and formatting requirements (DTP).
